DEBATE CLUB
Debate is a structured discussion where individuals or teams present arguments for and against a particular topic; aiming to persuade an audience or judges through logic, evidence and clear expression.
In our debate club, this practice goes beyond speaking- it builds confidence, sharpens critical thinking and teaches us how to listen respectfully to opposing views.
This Debate Club helps our students develop confidence in speaking, critical thinking, and effective communication, shaping them into responsible leaders and better citizens.
Objectives of Debate
The essence of debate lies in reasoning, discipline, and the ability to communicate ideas effectively while respecting others. Through active participation, members develop skills that are valuable not only in academics but also in real-life decision-making.
With consistent practice, our debate club opens doors to promising future prospects, such as leadership opportunities, public speaking careers, law, and active participation in civic life.
